Deadline for CRC & Copyright Submission: To be announced
Authors of accepted papers must follow the four-step process below to submit their Camera-Ready Copy (CRC) and IEEE Copyright Form.
Step 1: Camera-Ready Copy Preparation
- Log into the CMT Portal to review the comments from reviewers.
- Revise your manuscript based on the reviewer comments.
- Format your paper using IEEE two-column A4 standard conference format.
- Maximum 5 pages including figures and references.
- Do not include author biography.
- Similarity score must be below 40% (with references).
- Do not include page numbering.
- Submit in PDF format only, maximum file size 3 MB.
- PDF must not have any encryption or password protection.
Step 2: PDF eXpress Validation
- Conference ID: 72032X
- Website: ieee-pdf-express.org
- First-time users: Create a new account using your email and a password.
- Previous users: You may reuse your existing credentials.
- Upload your PDF and verify that it passes the IEEE PDF eXpress check.
- Support email: [email protected]
Step 3: CRC Upload
- Submit the validated PDF (from PDF eXpress) via the CMT author console.
- The title of your paper must match the original submission.
- The author list cannot be modified after acceptance.
Step 4: Copyright Form Submission
- Click “Submit IEEE Copyright Form” in the CMT author console.
- Complete the copyright form on the IEEE eCF site.
- Download the completed copyright form.
- Upload the form to CMT for your respective paper ID.
- The corresponding author submits the form on behalf of all co-authors.
